Vintage 1930's School Building

No smoking anywhere inside the building or on school grounds.

No pets allowed on the property.

Do not damage, move, or break any furniture, fixtures, or equipment.

Respect all original 1920s Catholic architecture and limestone features; handle with care.

Maximum capacity: 100 people inside the building at one time.

Noise levels must be kept reasonable, especially during late-night or early-morning hours.

Use only designated classrooms, rooms, and common areas – 8 classrooms, 2 floors, 4 additional rooms, and ancillary spaces.

Bathrooms must remain clean (2.5 bathrooms available).

Wifi, chairs, tables, whiteboards, and the 40-student desk must be returned to their original setup after use.

Parking available for up to 50 cars, no blocking entrances or emergency lanes.

Filming is allowed 24 hours, but productions must honor the minimum booking of 5 hours.

Rate is $150/hour – all overtime must be approved in advance.

No access to restricted areas unless approved by the property owner.

Clean-up required – all trash, equipment, and personal items must be removed at the end of the booking.
