House Rules:
- Do not walk on the curve portion of the cyc wall.
- Be respectful of the studio space.
- Any setup and teardown must occur during your rental time.
- Absolutely no candles or fires in the studio at any time.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed in the studio.
- No consumption of alcohol or illegal substances.
- All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, hair cutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require approval management. An additional cleaning fee may apply.
- Projects involving smoke must have prior consent from management.
- No adult or pornographic photo shoots.
- No stunts allowed.
- Parking is limited to 8 vehicles in parking spots immediately adjacent to the studio.
- Additional parking is available upon request.
- Tenant must lock the studio when leaving.
- Tenant must abide by Seminole County sound ordinances.
- Report any damages, repairs or maintenance needed immediately to management.
- The maximum occupancy for the Studio is 20 persons.
- In the event of an emergency, call 911.
- All ages are allowed in the space.
- Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited
